Have you ever used my tapes before?

Yes, actually, a therapist I am seeing loaned me one of your tapes...she is the one who suggested getting some more...so we are going to share the ones I just bought. I suffer from bouts of depression/anxiety but I now realize, at age 57, that I have to try and change my whole way of thinking. Over the years I have become more negative, all or nothing, thinking type, but I also have had a few negatives in my life such as cancer, bad marriage, etc. Although I have now remarried and my husband is very stoic I had a wonderful day last week - the best I have had for many month. 

Then woke up with one of the spells I have been getting - where everything in the room was sliding around. I have had a cat scan etc. nothing shown up yet. I hope nothing does, but also want to find out what is wrong. Your tapes are nice in that your voice is calming and clear. I have Bernie Segal's tape of coping with hard times, but it is mostly music. Also, there is something in his dialogue that doesn't really address my needs thanks for keeping in touch. By the way, there's nothing in the subliminal side of the tape that tells us not to pay our taxes is there?  (mild joke).... June
PS I am not offended by the info. in your newsletters etc.
I am just not well enough to cope with any more issues at the moment
I attend 2 stress management classes a week....
supposed to be going back to work in Sept. but am anxious that I will still be getting
