Testimonials:
Hello, I want to thank you personally for your product. 11 years
ago I joined the Air Force at the age of 18. When I went to my technical
training (9 month school) after boot camp, I was a nervous wreck.
My first couple months I struggled tremendously with my classes, then I
ran across one of your audio tapes for memory improvement at the local
mall book store. I was skeptical at first, but decided to give it
a try. After trying it out, I noticed some improvements, and purchased
another tape on concentration. I went from barely getting by to 100%
on every test for my remaining 6 months I
was there. I wanted to let you know the difference it made for
me.
Thank you,
Thomas D. Hathaway
Phoenix, AZ Hi Barrie,
As much as I'd love to read your newsletter, I really don't have time
for one more e-mail at this time in my life! I think some of the
later paragraphs may explain.
Actually, I think I purchased one of your tapes way back in 1987 when
I was still in college. It was on concentration, with classic guitar/ocean
waves on one side and hypnosis on the other. Does that sound right? Begins
with
"Hello, greetings, and welcome...?" It was among the first of many
self development purchases I started making at that age in an effort to
better myself. I was a 19 year old kid from a little town who wanted
to reach his potential, whatever that was!
Later that year I purchased Joe Land's 12 cassette thing for over 300
bucks, and I've used the two "holophonic subliminal" tapes that come with
Tony Robbin's package with limited results.
Since 1987 I've earned degrees in marketing and management, a master's
degree, and I'm ABD toward my Ed.D. I hold a Certified Marketing
Executive Designation, A Certified Quality Manager designation, and am
past president of the American Marketing Association. I also own
my own market
research/consulting firm.
I'm a former instructor of the Dale Carnegie Course and currently teach
entrepreneurship, marketing, and strategic planning to adults in a degree
completion program.
As you can tell, I'm a huge believer in self development. When
I first began listening to such programs, my 20 something peers laughed
at me. Now they call me an "over-achiever!" Not too bad for
a shy kid from Western Oklahoma, huh?
I'm looking forward to the CDs. My hope is to keep the subliminal CD going virtually all the time in my office (I office from my home).
I'm assuming the subliminal portion is one track, so I can just hit the
repeat function
and keep it going uninterrupted.
As I mentioned, I'm ABD on my doctorate and am finding that I'm really,
really having problems getting started on my dissertation. This is
especially troubling because I own my own market research company, so I
know
how to do research! I think I'm either afraid of what my committee
will do to me or I'm afraid of failing altogether or something, like I'm
thinking, "I'm just a kid from Western Oklahoma, what business do I have
earning a doctorate," etc. As such, I may wish to visit with you about
having a customized tape made to help subconsciously "coach" me through
this dilemma. I'd like to focus "every fiber of my being" as I think you
say on your concentration tape toward finishing my dissertation and graduating
in the fall if possible. Any idea what that might cost?
