Barrie,  Your tapes are wonderful. I couldn't find them in any of my local stores anymore, and had feared you had gone out of business (my tape is almost 10 years old now and in desperate need of replacement). I just wanted to let you know how much your tapes have helped (particularly the goal setting and losing weight). I have always been very interested in hypnosis, but I had never actually been hypnotized. About a year ago, I finished my undergrad studies and started graduate school, and for the first time I found that stress was having a very negative effect on me. A couple of months ago, I saw some of your tapes in the bookstore, and mostly out of curiosity, not with a specific problem in mind, I bought the one about self-hypnosis, where there is some silent time to insert my own suggestions. What an absolutely amazing experience! I have seen wonderful improvements in my stress, which I am not sure is from the suggestions themselves, or from the fact that the hypnosis itself is so incredibly relaxing and just feels so good.  Have a nice evening.  Take care, Katie

Hi Barrie, I just want to say thank you very much for your life changing and saving tapes. I’m an Australian girl, who’s life has been changed many times by your tapes, however at present I can’t find your tapes anywhere in this country (as I’ve traveled a bit lately, looking for myself) I’ve bought many copies in the past of “How to attract love” Which made me smile again, and taught me to love me. I’ve also recommended them to others, even an alcoholic who’s now changed dramatically. His problem wasn’t alcohol it was lack of love and self worth. The “Chakra” meditation improved my own life immensely, however the tape got chewed up and I thought ‘Oh I can buy another one!’ only to find myself searching for 2 years for it, and yesterday I went to a shop that told me it was discontinued, but that I could probably find it on the net, well, here we are!  TM

Dear Barrie,  Your tapes revolutionized my life ! Although I had a BA in journalism and had been a news reporter for several years, I was working as a pianist-entertainer for Hilton Palacio Del Rio hotel in San Antonio in their Durty Nellys Irish Pub on the famed RiverWalk. The money was great. But, I was frustrated. Someone gave me one of your tapes in about 1982 : Goal Setting. To make a long story short, I set goals; began studying real estate, got a job selling commercial real estate with Rosow & Kline Coml. Div. (a 50+ year old company started by Russian, Jewish emigrant Eva Rosow back in the 20's). Later I became a Broker, started my own company, Bailey International. Other tapes I ordered included: Self Confidence, Subconscious Sales Power, How To Make A Decision, Fear of Failure, Problem Solving, Fear of Success, Getting The Raise You Deserve, Money Prosperity, Creative Thinking, Stop Smoking. For years, I went to bed at night listening to your tapes. I spent so many hours listening to Barrie Konicov I began to feel like he was a good friend. Recently, I located a container of all your tapes that I had misplaced several years ago. Voila ! Now, I am listening to Barrie all over again. You are a most remarkable man. These tapes have changed the lives of many people. And, I want to thank you for the positive influence you have had on my life.
